1. Rest Well
Get a good night’s sleep: Arrive feeling refreshed and energized. Tattoos can take time and focus, so being well-rested makes a big difference.
Avoid late nights before your appointment: Fatigue can lower your pain tolerance and make the experience harder.
2. Come and stay Nourished
Eat a hearty meal beforehand: A full stomach helps maintain your energy and prevents lightheadedness during your session.
Bring snacks: High-energy snacks like fruit, granola bars, or nuts are perfect. If we have a full day session, we can go for lunch together.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and during your appointment to keep your skin in its best condition.
3. Prep your skin
No need to shave: Well take care of that as part of the skin prep.
3. Bring Essentials
Wear or bring comfortable clothing: Choose loose-fitting clothes that allow easy access to the tattooed area, can sustain ink drippings and won’t rub against it afterward.
Bring headphones or entertainment: If you like you can listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks as it can help pass the time.
Pack any personal needs: stress-relief tools, or anything that makes you comfortable during extended appointments.
4. Budget for Your Tattoo
Confirm the price range: Know the approximate cost beforehand and ensure you have the funds available.
5. Plan Ahead
Clear your schedule: Ensure you have enough time after your appointment to rest and care for your tattoo.
6. Mental Preparation
